MessMate is the Hostel & Mess ERP for institutes. The hostel office, every mess and every student, connected: live attendance and meal counts, cycles, menus, notices and suggestions. No registers, no WhatsApp chains, no guesswork.
An institute is responsible for every student who eats on campus, but the hostel and its messes run as separate islands. Nobody has the full picture, and everyone is doing the same work by hand.
Each mess keeps its own register, its own rules and its own records. The hostel office cannot tell who eats where, how many were served, or which mess is struggling, without walking over and asking.
Attendance books at the counter, absent days argued over at billing time, month-end tallies by hand, renewals chased one by one. The same entries get written two or three times.
Notices go out on WhatsApp with no idea who read them. Student complaints are spoken, then forgotten. When something goes wrong, there is nothing to look back at.
The same people, the same messes, the same students — just finally working off one system.
The hostel office oversees, each mess runs its counter, and every student has their pass — all on the same live data, each seeing only what is theirs.
The institute's view across every mess, from one login.
A counter built around a real service rush.
Your institute's own pass, on any phone.
Your messes keep serving the whole time. We work around meal times and your term calendar, not the other way round.
Share how your hostel and messes run today — registers, sheets, anything. A demo on a live institute with real-looking data.
Your institute, every mess and every login created for you. Messes already on MessMate join with all their history intact.
A short session with the hostel office and each mess counter. Most people are comfortable within the first service.
Registers retired. The founder stays reachable on WhatsApp for anything that comes up.
Not a prototype. These are the real numbers from one live mess on MessMate.
General ERPs treat the mess as an afterthought. Registers and WhatsApp don't scale past one mess. MessMate was built inside a working mess, then extended to the whole institute.

Yes — that is exactly how it is designed. Each caterer runs their own mess counter with their own login; the hostel office oversees all of them from one console. Each mess's money stays with that mess.
No. By design, the hostel office sees students, attendance, meal counts, menus, notices and suggestions — never a mess's payments, dues or receipt screenshots. That keeps caterers comfortable and the institute out of their accounts.
It joins your institute as it is, with every student, cycle, attendance mark and payment it already has. Nothing is re-entered and nothing is lost.
Yes. The Chief Rector has full control and can add Rectors, choosing exactly which sections each one sees — messes, students, suggestions, notices or menus.
No email, no MessMate account. They register once from the mess's wall QR, or the mess adds them at the counter, and they sign in with their phone number and a password.
We collect a name, a phone number and — only if the student chooses — a photo. No Aadhaar, no government ID. Photos and payment screenshots are encrypted before they are stored, with the key held outside the database.
No. Everything works in a browser on any phone or computer. The Android app is optional — it just opens faster and keeps you signed in.
Book a free demo. We'll walk through a live institute and show you exactly how your messes, rectors and students would map onto it.
Add it to your home screen — opens full-screen and keeps you signed in.
